Q: Will this fit both LBZ and LMM engines?
A: Yes, it is fully compatible with both the 2006-2007 LBZ and the 2007.5-2010 LMM engine platforms.

Q: Does this require tuning?
A: No, this is a direct mechanical upgrade. It works perfectly with stock tuning but is strong enough to handle the increased boost from aftermarket tunes (EFI Live, etc.).
